Yes! Each picture is unique. You can configure the motif, color, size and frame according to your wishes. Our craftsmanship ensures that each picture is individual and unique.
Each painting we produce is unique. As it is handmade, there may be small differences from the image shown on the website. These differences make each work of art unique and special. In addition, the representation of colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to different screen calibrations and settings.
It's easy! Once you've made your selection, add the image to your cart and proceed to checkout. We'll start production once your order is complete.
Yes, we offer custom work! If you would like to have a picture made according to your own ideas and concepts, please contact us. We will then discuss your wishes and create a unique work of art that is made especially for you. Simply contact us via our contact form or by email and we will be happy to put your ideas into practice.
Since we make each picture by hand, production begins after your order has been confirmed. Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible once production has started.
We ship our pictures free of charge to Germany and Austria. Shipping takes place after production is complete and usually takes 5-7 working days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to other countries. We work with reputable shipping service providers and freight forwarders. After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code. The shipping service provider will contact you before delivery to ensure a smooth delivery.
We currently only ship to Austria and Germany. We very much hope to be able to deliver to other countries in the future. Stay tuned!
The total shipping time is usually between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the shipping location and order situation.
If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. As this is a custom-made product, cancellation is generally no longer possible. However, if we have not yet started production, we will be happy to arrange a refund for you.
Since each painting is handcrafted specifically to your specifications, returns are not possible if you do not like the painting. We recommend that you make your selection carefully before completing the order. If you have any questions about the options, we are always happy to help.
We package our pictures as best we can to prevent transport damage. If the product arrives with transport damage, we will of course replace it. In this case, please send us an email with photos of the damage via hello@houseofgallerista.com.
